Directions

We are conveniently located in Kirkland, across the I-405 overpass, West of Evergreen Hospital, with plenty of free parking.

• Off I-405, take the NE 124th St. exit and go West.
• At the stoplight, take a right onto 116th Ave NE and drive up the hill passing a McDonald’s on the right and the shopping plaza on the left.
• At the stoplight, take a left onto NE 128th St.  (If you pass the Kingsgate Park and Ride you have gone too far)
• Take a left into the second driveway after you go over a speed bump.  There is a short silver sign at the entry way and several tall trees surrounding the parking lot.  (If you pass the Tanager apartment complexes you have gone too far)
• Pull into any stall and enter the building.  There is additional parking behind the building.
• Suite 130 is first door on the left.   Please take a seat in the waiting room, have a cup of water and relax until Dr. Shinsato comes out to meet you.
